The staff were always available and very helpful. I received a complimentary upgrade to my room upon arrival. The communal areas provided a great space to relax. The rooftop terrace was lovely in the evening.
The bathroom door did not offer much privacy.

The location offered the perfect balance. it was a short, pleasant walk to the city center. having a kitchen allowed us to savor local flavors at our own pace, and the roof terrace was a dream, boasting views of the storks nesting on the nearby chapel tower. i also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. It added a lovely touch to my stay.
The tv didn't function. I was informed that due to it being the weekend, no repairs could be made and there were no alternative rooms available.

The hotel's location was really convenient, it was close to everything i wanted to see. i appreciated having access to a shared kitchen. It included everything i needed to prepare simple meals. the balcony was also a plus, it provided a space to relax.

a mixed experience
shower locationmissing toilet
i didn't really expect the shower to be right next to the bed. there wasn't even a separate toilet. the photos made it look like there was a real bathroom. also, we didn't know we'd be in an apartment with five other rooms. you could hear everyone locking their doors. this was not how it looked on the site.
